Former SA Schools’ captain Muzi Manyike reported missing

MuziManyikeFormer South African Schools captain Muzi Manyike is missing. The former head boy of Jeppe High School for Boys’ was reported missing earlier this month. 

His agents In Touch Sports announced on 8 September 2020 that Manyike has signed a deal with the Blitsbokke. 

A missing person’s report has been filed in Randfontein for Manyike on the 10th of November already. Anyone with information about Manyike’s whereabouts should contact the authorities immediately.

Manyike represented the Golden Lions in the various age groups at school. He first attended Jan Viljoen in Randfontein before moving to Jeppe.

He made a name for himself at Jeppe not just on the rugby field but also as a young man with a lot of potential. 

The utility back who played most of his representative rugby in the midfield also attended one of SA Rugby u20’s alignment camps earlier in the year.  

Manyike was part of the SA u18 sevens team who was crowned champions of the Capricorn 7’s tournament in Windhoek in 2016.
