School Rugby Results – 13 July 2019
Despatch caused an major upset as they managed to defeat Brandwag from Uitenhage by 21-19. This was only the second defeat of the season for the team from Uitenhage. Grey High School won their arm-wrestle with Framesby by 22 points to 17.
Affies proved too strong for Maritzburg College as they easily thumped the visitors from Pietermaritzburg by 78-16. Grey College put a gutsy Waterkloof to the sword by 63-27, while Welkom Gimnasium stayed on the thrown in Welkom by beating Goudveld (43-16) in their annual FNB Classic Clashes.
