School Rugby Results – 17 Augustus 2019
Grey College gave Paul Roos Gimnasium their first 50 at Markotter, while Menlopark also made history by lifting the Virsekerbeker for the first time with a 44-17 victory over Helpmekaar. Grey finished their season unbeaten with a convincing 51-28 victory over Paul Roos.

Hannes Nienaber covered schools' rugby in South Africa for Volksblad, Beeld, and Rapport for 11 years. He also created the biggest school rugby website in South Africa - School of Rugby - back in 2007. It eventually morphed into Supersport Schools Plus. He still occasionally milks cows.
