Preview – Lichtenburg vs. Klerksdorp HS
This Saturday Lichtenburg will be going south to Klerksdorp for their FNB Classic Clash which is sure to be keenly contested.
Neither of these schools have shied away from top opposition. Both have played the impressive Garsfontein side. Lichtenburg lost 80-20 and Klerksdorp lost 61-21. Those are the only opponents they have in common.
Lichtenburg have played against Montana of Pretoria, Centurion and Menlopark and lost but they have beaten Ben Viljoen, Frikkie Meyer and Brits.
Klerksdorp have played against and lost to Eldoraigne, Florida, Potchefstroom Volkies, HTS Middelburg, EG Jansen and Jim Fouché. They have beaten Pietersburg. Those are all tough opponents.
The two sides met twice last year and on each occasion Klerksdorp were too strong.
