Absa Under 21 Competition Results – 17 August 2013
The Blue Bulls made a statement in their 40-27 victory over the Free State at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on Friday. Flyhalf Handré Pollard and flank Shaun Adendorff who was part of the Baby Boks victorious side of 2012 both got on the scoresheet for the Bulls.
The Limpopo Blue Bulls blew South Western Districts away 60-0 at Outeniqua Park in George on Friday. Their wing Werner van Heese and flankers Willem Engelbrecht and Corné Ras all weighed in with a brace of tries. The visitors already lead by 43-0 at the break.
The EP Kings defeated the Pumas 46-20 at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit. Two South African Schools’ players of 2012 eightman Aidon Davis and winger Sergeal Petersen scored tries for the Eastern Cape side. Petersen made his SuperRugby debut earlier this year.
